Google Search’s AI Mode Now Available in Hindi and Four Additional Languages

Google’s AI Mode, powered by Gemini 2.5, allows users to perform complex and nuanced search queries in India, previously limited to English. Now, it has expanded to Hindi, Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian, Korean, and Japanese, enabling users to ask detailed questions via text, voice, or images. The AI can understand intricate queries, such as creating a night-blooming garden, and provide personalized answers. Accessible via a dedicated search tab or button, AI Mode also includes agentic features for tasks like restaurant reservations, currently limited to US Google AI Ultra subscribers. Expansion aims to deepen search experiences in preferred languages.
