Congress Inaugurates Manmohan Singh Memorial Library at Delhi Office on His Birth Anniversary

On Dr. Manmohan Singh’s 93rd birth anniversary, Congress Parliamentary Party president Sonia Gandhi inaugurated the Dr. Manmohan Singh Research Centre and Library at the party’s Delhi headquarters. The inauguration was attended by Singh’s wife Gursharan Kaur, family members, party chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, and senior leaders including Jairam Ramesh. The library houses around 1,200 books covering India’s journey, Congress history, biographies, speeches, and works of leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, and P.V. Narasimha Rao. It also includes party manifestos, diplomatic works, historic photos, and volumes of “The Encyclopedia of the Indian National Congress.”
