HMD, the owner of the Nokia brand, has launched the HMD Touch 4G, a budget-friendly “hybrid phone” offering more features than a feature phone but not fully a smartphone. Inspired by Nokia’s Asha series, it provides smart functionalities via cloud-hosted browser apps. The phone supports 4G connectivity and runs on a lightweight RTOS Touch operating system. It features a 3.2-inch TFT LCD (240x320 pixels), a 0.3MP front camera, and a 2MP rear camera with LED flash. Pre-installed apps include Express Chat for messaging and video calls, along with cloud-based apps for cricket updates, weather, and trending videos.
