The Government of Nagaland signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat to implement Mission Karmayogi in the state, aiming to modernize governance and enhance officials’ skills. Inked at the Capital Convention Hall, the agreement aligns Nagaland’s administrative framework with the Centre’s vision for a future-ready civil service. Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen emphasized that the initiative, launched in 2020, focuses on continuous capacity building for efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric governance. Through the iGOT Karmayogi digital platform, officers will access learning modules, leadership programs, and governance tools, reinforcing institutional efficiency, innovation, and accountability.
