The Indian Army started the four-day "Shaurya Motorcycle Rally" from Likabali Military Station to honor the bravery and sacrifice of soldiers in the 1962 India-China War. Organized with ITBP, the rally covers nearly 900 km across Arunachal Pradesh, retracing historic war routes. Twenty military riders and 12 civilians from Assam and Arunachal participate in the event, passing important locations like Basar, Menga, Ziro, and the Neelam Tebi War Memorial. Activities include community engagement, motivating students, and awareness campaigns on "No Drugs" and "No School Dropouts." The rally also recognizes local heroes, strengthens civil-military ties, and helps preserve the legacy of India’s unsung war heroes.
