Assam CM Himanta Confirms Joint Meeting Between State SIT and Singapore Police on Oct 21 for Zubeen Garg Investigation

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has made a major revelation regarding the investigation of the death of singer Zubeen Garg. An Assam Police Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by ADGP Munna Gupta will fly to Singapore on October 20 to sit with Singaporean police officials on October 21. This is after the CM held talks with Singaporean as well as Indian officials to obtain complete cooperation. The SIT has already interrogated 10 of the 11 individuals who were with Garg at the time of his last moments. The state government's strong determination is still to provide "#JusticeForZubeenGarg" through this open international investigation.
