ISRO Chief: 10 Satellites Operate Round the Clock to Ensure Citizens' Safety

ISRO Chairman V Narayanan stated that at least 10 satellites are working continuously to ensure the safety and security of India's citizens, especially amid tensions with Pakistan. He emphasized the importance of satellite and drone technology for monitoring borders and seashores. Meanwhile, the Army reported that the region along the northern and western borders remained peaceful on May 11-12, following recent skirmishes. India's Operation Sindoor, launched in retaliation for the April 22 terror attacks, targeted terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, leading to significant damage to Pakistan's military capabilities. Despite violations, India responded robustly to the breaches.
