Rajnath Singh: "People of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) Are Part of Our Own Family"

At the CII Annual Business Summit 2025, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reaffirmed India’s tough stance on Pakistan, emphasizing that future talks will focus solely on terrorism and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). He expressed solidarity with PoK residents, calling them part of India’s family and hopeful for reunification under the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ vision. Singh highlighted India’s evolved anti-terror strategy, noting Pakistan is paying a heavy price for sponsoring terror. He praised indigenous defense capabilities demonstrated in Operation Sindoor, which targeted terror sites in Pakistan and PoK, proving the importance of the Make in India initiative for national security and prosperity.
