Guwahati Student Chosen as Youth Ambassador to the United States

Aadi Singha, a student of St. Francis De Sales School, Guwahati, has been selected as a Youth Ambassador of India under the prestigious, fully funded Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (KL-YES) Program. Sponsored by the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the program allows Indian students to live and study in the U.S. while engaging in cultural diplomacy. Aadi is one of only two students selected from Assam this year. Her school celebrated the achievement with a press meet, where Aadi expressed gratitude, and school authorities praised her success. The event concluded with a vote of thanks to the media.
