RailOne: Government’s New Super App for IRCTC Ticket Booking and Train Tracking

Indian Railways has launched the RailOne app, an all-in-one mobile platform to simplify train travel. It integrates services like ticket booking (reserved and unreserved), live train tracking, food delivery, and grievance redressal—previously spread across apps like IRCTC, UTS, NTES, and Rail Madad. Rebranded from the Swarail app, RailOne also features R-Wallet for secure payments and discounts, multilingual support, and real-time updates. It includes travel tools like PNR status, coach locator, and refund options. The app is available on Android and iOS, and users can log in using IRCTC credentials. A new PRS system is also planned by December 2025.
