In a major BPM sector deal, French firm Capgemini is set to acquire Mumbai-based WNS for $3.3 billion in an all-cash deal. Approved by both boards, the acquisition enhances Capgemini’s capabilities in Digital BPS and Intelligent Operations. WNS, with 39,700 employees across 25 Indian centres, contributes over 50% of its global revenue from India. The deal positions Capgemini as a leader in AI-driven services.
