An Indian Air Force (IAF) jet crashed on Wednesday in Churu, Rajasthan, with two pilots onboard, police confirmed. Earlier in April, a two-seater Jaguar fighter jet crashed in Jamnagar, Gujarat, during a training mission, killing one pilot. The aircraft went down in an open field near Kalavad highway, about 18 km from Jamnagar. In March, another Jaguar crashed shortly after takeoff from Ambala airbase in Haryana, and an AN-32 transport plane crash-landed in West Bengal’s Bagdogra on the same day. In both March incidents, the crew ejected safely. Technical issues were cited in the Jaguar crash; AN-32’s cause remains unknown.
