India Bans 16 Pakistan-Based YouTube Channels After Pahalgam Terror Attack

India has taken decisive action by banning 16 Pakistan-based YouTube channels for their role in spreading communally sensitive and provocative content following the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. This move, initiated on the recommendation of the Ministry of Home Affairs, is a response to the aftermath of the brutal attack, which claimed the lives of 26 civilians. The attack, one of the deadliest in the region since the 2019 Pulwama tragedy, has sparked widespread outrage and intensified security measures across India.
