Assam HS 2025 Results to Be Announced Tomorrow, Confirms Education Minister Ranoj Pegu

On April 29, Assam Education Minister Dr. Ranoj Pegu announced that the results of the Higher Secondary (HS) Examinations for the year 2025 will be declared on April 30 at 9:00 AM. The announcement was made via his official social media handle on X (formerly Twitter). The results will include all four major streams—Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational.

Dr. Pegu informed that the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC), the state body responsible for conducting the HS examinations, will release an official notification confirming the details of the result declaration. He added that all necessary preparations are in place to ensure a smooth release of the results.

This year, a total of 3,02,420 students appeared for the HS examinations across the state, making it a significant academic event for thousands of students and their families. The examinations are a crucial milestone for students as the results will determine their eligibility for higher education and various career paths.

In his post, the Education Minister wrote, “I am pleased to inform that the Higher Secondary 2025 results for the Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams will be declared tomorrow (30-04-2025) at 9:00 AM. The ASSEB will issue official notification shortly. A total of 3,02,420 students appeared for the HS examinations this year.”

The timely declaration of results is expected to benefit students by giving them ample time to plan their next academic or professional steps. Students can access their results through the official AHSEC website and other designated portals once they are released. The education department is also expected to make provisions for students to check their results via SMS and mobile apps.
